At CAUVE CASES, all phone cases are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner Printify, using selected suppliers including WOYC.

Processing Time

All products are printed on demand.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days
  • Includes printing, quality checks, and packaging
  • Processing times may increase during peak seasons or holidays

Shipping Time by Region

Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method. All estimates below are after production is complete.

🇺🇸 United States

Economy Shipping (Printify Economy):

  • Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days

Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days

Please note that Economy Shipping is the most affordable option but may take longer and offer limited tracking updates.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom & 🇪🇺 Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

🌍 Rest of the World

(Including Asia, Australia, Middle East, Africa, and South America)

  • Standard Shipping: 10–30 business day

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location
  • Selected shipping method

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees.

  • These charges are not included in the item or shipping price
  • Customers are responsible for any additional fees imposed by their country

Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be sent once your order ships
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update
  • Economy and international shipments may have limited tracking visibility

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volumes

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Reshipping may require additional shipping fees

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date
  • Include your order number and photos (if damaged)

We will work with Printify and WOYC to resolve the issue promptly.
